Media manipulation

This service creates access copies to repository objects in various ways, e.g. on-demand format conversion of preservation originals.

The root resource for the service is object.

Parameter

parameter	description
pid	The persistent identifier of the object for which the access format should be created.
convertTo	Indicate the target format of the media content; currently, only mp3 and flv is supported; defaults to flv.
recalculate	If true, will create a new access format file even if an file already exists. Default is false.
