Organizations

An important feature of docuteam feeder is its multi-client capability: Different clients or organizations can configure, administer and use the tool independently of each other.

To set up a new organization or to assign users to an organization, you need the authorization level of an administrator (see below).

Set up and manage organization

Add user

If you add a user to an organization, this user must be assigned a role. There are three roles available:

userNormal user: can execute and track workflows, but cannot create or modify them.
super_userSuper user: can additionally create and modify workflows within the associated organization.
adminAdministrator: can execute workflows as well as create and modify them, can create and edit steps, can also manage users.
