This minor release adds new and improved actions as well as major performance improvements to the F6 storage action.

• New operation to register an URN with the German National Library.

Improvements

• New optional parameter for specifying OAI-PMH metadata prefix when using harvest identifiers from OAI-PMH.
• Support proxies when using harvest identifiers from OAI-PMH and harvest a single record from OAI-PMH.
• Run Fedora resources creation in parallel requests (dynamically adapting to capacity).
• Improve parsing of the triples to be sent to Fedora.
• Adapt logging to include context and timestamp.
