What's new?​

General​

  • Significant performance improvements in lists and in the tree (Tektonik) for medium and large archives
  • Data model now supports all fields for record resources and authorities used in docuteam cosmos
  • Enhancements and bug fixes based on feedback from archivists at docuteam

Searching for Records​

  • Text search in record resources
    • Search for words or parts of words in all text fields
    • Search in any combination of text fields using search queries
    • Save searches as bookmarks in the browser and execute them later
    • Export search results in Excel format

Integrating systems and workflows​

  • Adjustments in RDF export to reflect all changes made to the data model in docuteam cosmos in 2023

Form definitions​

  • Support for multilingual help texts for fields in form definitions
  • Support for references to standards for fields in form definitions

What's new?​

General​

  • Internal improvements in storage and calculation of reference codes
  • Adjustments in EAD/RDF export based on the reference code changes in this release
  • Performance tests with version 1.2 using large, realistic data to identify possible bottlenecks in larger archives

Integrating systems and workflows​

  • Additions in EAD export: now supports all changes made in docuteam cosmos in 2023 (RDF export already with 1.2)


Roadmap​

docuteam context is already in use at docuteam and with clients since autumn 2023. In 2024, we are actively working on additional features and will continue to gradually migrate all our archives from curator and webgate to the new combination of docuteam context and docuteam sirius.

Subject to change

docuteam context is currently under active development. We continuously adjust the exact scope of a release based on insights gained during development as well as available resources. Our goal is to adhere to the focus of a release and its approximate release date.

  • Data import via EAD, CSV, JSON
  • Performance tests with version 1.3 to verify the changed storage of signatures

Other priorities in 2024​

Additional releases in 2024 are planned. We will update this roadmap as they become clearer and more definitive.

Our key priorities in 2024 include:

  • Attach images, files and other digital content to records locally without storing them in the long-term archive
  • Support for additional field types in the Grid view
  • Integration with docuteam cosmos
  • Import from docuteam box
